Belfast is a rejuvenated and confident city that is sparkling once again. Our tour will take you through a maze of streets and landscape from the Victorian era. The city has been divided into quarters and like the Cathedral quarter where there a host of chic hotels nestled by quaint bars and restaurant. Belfast is home to the famous singer Van Morrison and you may see the illusive Brown Eyed Girl as we meander our way through the city.
No visit to Belfast would be complete without a visit to the impressive Titanic Centre. In the early 20th Century, Belfast was enjoying the greatest boom in its history. The city was a global leader in engineering, shipbuilding and linen manufacturing, and Belfast’s Harland & Wolff had become the largest shipyard in the world.
On entering the exhibition, visitors will learn about the thriving industries and exciting design innovations that led to the creation of Titanic: the largest & most luxurious ship in the world in it’s day. The rest is history……….
